Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on open packs of product.
If
you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition (we're sorry) we
will happily replace them within 7 days of you receiving them. Please
contact Customer Services on 01352 731010 for further information.
Please
note: you will be responsible for all item(s) until they reach us; we
can’t be held responsible for missing/lost items that you return back to
us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery
method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail
Recorded Delivery.
We can not refund items on occasions where the
customer was not present at the delivery address and the courier
(usually Royal Mail) has held the goods locally for your collection. In
these cases we can't refund goods that you haven't been to collect until
the goods are returned to our warehouse. Once the goods have been
returned to us by our carrier we will refund your card for the amount
paid less the cost to post the items out, this charge is variable
dependant on weight and location.
