- Delivery from Gelicity UK is based on actual postage rate. We do rely on 3rd parties for delivery and in over 99% of cases this is done next working day. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible in any circumstance for the parcel not arriving next day or arriving late. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered.
We ship to quite a number of places, each with different scales of postage and we charge only the cost to us. When checking out you will be given the postage based on the country the products are being delivered to.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on open packs of product.
If you receive goods in a damaged or unsuitable condition (we're sorry) we will happily replace them within 7 days of you receiving them. Please contact Customer Services on (+44)1352 731010 for further information.
Please note: you will be responsible for all item(s) until they reach us; we can’t be held responsible for missing/lost items that you return back to us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
We can not refund items on occasions where the customer was not present at the delivery address and the courier (usually Royal Mail) has held the goods locally for your collection. In these cases we can't refund goods that you haven't been to collect until the goods are returned to our warehouse. Once the goods have been returned to us by our carrier we will refund your card for the amount paid less the cost to post the items out, this charge is variable dependant on weight and location.
